WE are advocates having our practice principally in the Courts & Tribunals at Chennai, including the High Court of Madras, and at Supreme Court and other places at Puducherry & Tamil Nadu. Our founder, Mr. Nirmalkumar Mohandoss graduated from the School Of Excellence in Law, Chennai & finished his masters in Labour & Administrative Law. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry as an advocate in August, 2014.
After associating himself with senior members of the bar initially, he founded the NIRMALKUMAR MOHANDOSS & Associates in June, 2017. Since then our practice has flourished in subjects & Courts shown in the segment 'SERVICES'. We also take up domestic enquiries at Pondicherry.

Our founder also writes on society, law & politics in journals, both print & online. He has also written columns for national & local dailies.
OUR OFFICES:
- Our principal office is located at Anna Nagar East, Chennai. We are equipped with high speed Wi-fi internet, a wide range of books and access to law journals. We meet clients upon prior appointments.

- Our liaison office is located at White Town area, Puducherry. The office is located in the heart of the city quite close to the integrated Court complex and other tribunals like the State Consumer Commission. This office is also equipped with high speed internet with access to print and online law journals. Our library is also extensive with several commentaries, books & journals. Our founder frequently visits this office providing absolute convenience for litigants from Puducherry who wish to litigate matters in the Madras High Court and other Tribunals at Chennai having jurisdiction over Puducherry. OUR MENTOR, Dr. B. MOHANDOSS, is principally seated at this office. We also have associates to take care of other Court matters at Puducherry.

- OUR ASSOCIATE at New Delhi takes care of our matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and other Tribunals at New Delhi. He is also a Supreme Court Advocate On Record.

- OUR ASSOCIATES at Puducherry, Tenkasi, Pollachi, Coimbatore, Mettupalayam, Namakkal, Chengalpattu and Vizhupuram take care of our Court matters in these localities.

- At Chennai, we also have ASSOCIATES at the Trade Mark Registry, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals and National Company Law Board to immediately attend to our matters & everyday hearings there.

DIGITAL PRESENCE:
WE believe in maximum exploitation of technology in rendering our legal & allied services. Apart from print journals, we subscribe to CDJ (Complete Digital Judgments) law journal to easily surf, refer, pick & study judgments and orders of all Court & Tribunals across India, including Supreme Court of India and High Court of Madras. We also have an account in the e-filing portal of the Madras High Court making it easy to draft, upload, file & prosecute matters before the High Court.

WE, at NIRMALKUMAR MOHANDOSS & Associates weigh the scales of good & bad, strength & weaknesses of a case and strategize the course of remedies to the clients. We have extensive discussions with the client, elicit case related information, do basic research & deliberations and provide a map of various legal remedies available, and the advantages & disadvantages of opting the various remedies.
WE are fully committed to absolute professional and ethical practices. WE STRICTLY ACT ONLY UPON INSTRUCTION FROM THE CLIENTS. WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE OR SUPPORT ANY CORRUPT MEANS & PRACTICES. Wherever possible we also try to mediate, compromise & settle issues/disputes between parties either during the litigation or at the pre-litigation stage itself.

Communication is our key. We have made it a practice to put on record all conversation and strategies with clients by emails. We also provide updates by email routinely. In case we fail to be responsive over phone due to work/technical glitches, we are responsive over emails and we provide all updates & information, and answer queries of clients over email at the earliest possible time.
OUR MENTOR:

OUR MENTOR requires a separate mention. Dr. B. Mohandoss, originally hailing from Aathukudi Village in Mayiladurai district graduated in B.Sc., Zoology from A.V.C College in 1974. He then graduated in law from the prestigious Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College at Pondicherry in 1979. The law school is one of the finest of those times. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry in early 1980 and has since been in active Court practice for over 40 years.
​
HE has a very rich Court practice and knowledge in various fields of law. He has particularly specialised in Labour & Services laws for several decades. He is known for his academic excellence, hard work and honest practices in his career as an advocate spanning over four decades. He has also been bestowed with several awards by several educational institutions, NGOs, the civil society and the Pondicherry Bar. He is also a visiting lecturer in the Government law College at Pondicherry and imparts guest lectures in leading law schools across Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, including the Pondicherry Central University.

He loves to be amidst youngsters, particularly young lawyers & law students. He associates himself with them quite easily and enjoys sharing his rich experience as an advocate with them.
